Ultraviolet dining in Shanghai

Don't get confused by the title. This concept is definitly worth watching...


I stumbled over this very exciting project through a Facebook-ad by reknown brewery-brand Heineken. French-born 49-year-old chef Paul Pairet took dining experience to a new level. In the heart of Shanghai he took the dining and turned it into theater, adding ambient music, enhancing scent and unorthodox utensils to the menu – Ultraviolet. By changing colors, images and sound effects he serves the customer a whole new feeling. Hard to explain, but see it yourself in the video:
